About this puzzle
Part of our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, CE CPC Other Puzzle Toy Wooden Animal Dress Up Matching Pegged is a wooden peg puzzle designed for toddlers and babies. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
MOQ is 40 pcs; lead time is about 31 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
