About this puzzle
A wooden peg puzzle for children aged three to five, Wooden Puzzles Hand Grab Boards Toys Jigsaw Peg for Kindergarten is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 3 pcs, with about 7 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
