About this puzzle
Product Shapes Numbers Matching Toys Hand Grab 3d Wooden Peg Puzzle is a wooden peg puzzle in our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, made for children from three years. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
Orders start at 10 pcs, with about 3 days in production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
