About this puzzle
In the Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, Jigsaw Puzzle for Learners Wood Activity Flashcards with Toy Animals and Shapes Peg for is a wooden peg puzzle aimed at the 3–5 age group. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 15-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
