About this puzzle
Part of our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, First Jumbo Knob Wooden Puzzles Board Color & Shape Sorter Pegged is a wooden peg puzzle designed for children aged five to eight. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the peg & knob range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
MOQ is 10 pcs; lead time is about 31 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
