About this puzzle

Part of our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, Hot Sale Wooden Puzzles for , Toy for , Chunky Shape Sorter Board and is a wooden peg puzzle designed for children aged five to eight. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 20 pcs, 20-day production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
