About this puzzle
Toys Imagination Insert Wood Puzzles Fruits Tools Forest Wooden Chunky for is a wooden peg puzzle in our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
Orders start at 60 pcs, with about 31 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
