About this puzzle
In the Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, Children Toy Color Recognition & Geometric Shape Matching Wooden Pegged Puzzle Board for is a wooden peg puzzle aimed at the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 10 pcs, 31-day production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
