About this puzzle
Part of our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, CE-EN71 Certified Hand Grip Jigsaw Puzzle Animal Shapes Wooden for Hand Grasp is a wooden peg puzzle designed for children aged five to eight. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
It is quoted at MOQ 160 pcs, with production around 25 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
