About this puzzle

It is produced on the same line as the rest of the peg & knob range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
Orders start at 55 pcs, with about 20 days in production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
