About this puzzle
Alphabet Number Vehicle Animals Shapes Puzzles Wooden Peg for is a wooden peg puzzle in our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
It is quoted at MOQ 100 pcs, with production around 31 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
