About this puzzle
3D Animal Jigsaw Puzzle Wooden Chunky Shape Sorter sits in the Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range as a wooden peg puzzle for the 3–5 age group. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
It is quoted at MOQ 48 pcs, with production around 15 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
