Part of our Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, Fun Nordic Style Hand Grasping Jigsaw Leaf Board Pegged Plant Education Wooden Puzzle is a wooden peg puzzle designed for toddlers and babies. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.

Orders start at 100 pcs, with about 7 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
