About this puzzle
In the Peg, Knob & Chunky Puzzles range, 12 Designs 3D Toys Wooden Board Game Pegged Puzzles Jigsaw Assemble is a wooden peg puzzle aimed at the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
Orders start at 100 pcs, with about 35 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
