Part of our Number & Counting Puzzles range, Toys Wooden Maze Circles Around Beads Abacus Math Puzzle for is a wooden number puzzle designed for children from about 12 months. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
It is quoted at MOQ 10 pcs, with production around 25 days. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
