About this puzzle

Wooden Flip Chess Board Game Set Puzzle for Memory Logical Thinking & Matching Training sits in the Matching & Memory Puzzles range as a wooden matching puzzle for the preschool band. It is a pair-and-match format rather than a single picture.

The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

Orders start at 500 pcs, with about 9 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 500 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 9 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is the matching self-correcting?
The two-piece sets are cut so only the right pair fits; board formats rely on the picture.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
