Matching & Memory Puzzles
Pairs, shadows and sequences — the quiet puzzles.
Matching puzzles are the least dramatic and most repeated puzzles in a classroom. A child finds a pair, a shadow, a half, and the reward is the click of recognition rather than a finished picture. They are also the format that adapts best to a curriculum: colours, animals, numbers, opposites, occupations.
The range covers shadow-matching boards, two-piece pair puzzles, memory games with discs, and sequence or 'what comes next' sets. Most are plywood with printed faces; two-piece sets use a self-correcting cut so only the right pair fits. Age bands run from about 2 years for a simple pair to 5 to 8 for a memory game with rules.
These are strong add-on SKUs: they fill a shelf, they are cheap to ship, and they pair naturally with the alphabet and number ranges. A small shop can build a whole 'quiet corner' from six SKUs.
Two-piece matching sets use a distinct cut per pair, so a wrong match physically does not fit — this is checked on every batch.
