Part of our Matching & Memory Puzzles range, ENJOYSTAR Wooden Puzzle Game for 0-24 Months 120 Pieces Dementia Care Memory Matching Gift is a wooden matching puzzle designed for children from about 12 months. Piece count is 120. It is a pair-and-match format rather than a single picture.

The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.

Orders start at 120 pcs, with about 7 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
