About this puzzle
In the Matching & Memory Puzzles range, Wooden Food Chain Animal Matching Jigsaw Puzzle Science Toy Gift CPC CE BSCI is a wooden matching puzzle aimed at the early school years. It is a pair-and-match format rather than a single picture.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
It is quoted at MOQ 10 pcs, with production around 7 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
