About this puzzle

In the Matching & Memory Puzzles range, Toy Jigsaw Puzzle 3D Wooden Trending Wood Matching for Enhances is a wooden matching puzzle aimed at the 3–5 age group. It is a pair-and-match format rather than a single picture.

Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.

Orders start at 2 pcs, with about 9 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

FAQ

MOQ is 2 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 9 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is the matching self-correcting?
