About this puzzle
This wooden matching puzzle belongs to the Matching & Memory Puzzles range and is built for the under-three band. It is a pair-and-match format rather than a single picture.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
MOQ is 1 pcs; lead time is about 25 days. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
