About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, Hand Grab 3D Animal Traffic Vertical Smart Jigsaw Puzzle is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the 3–5 age group. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
It is quoted at MOQ 6 pcs, with production around 25 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
