About this puzzle
This wooden jigsaw puzzle belongs to the Jigsaw Puzzles range and is built for the 6+ band. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The board is cut from sealed MDF, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
It is quoted at MOQ 20 pcs, with production around 25 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
