About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, Design Wooden 3d 2d Jigsaw Puzzle Animal for Christmas is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the preschool band. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
Orders start at 32 pcs, with about 35 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
