About this puzzle
Part of our Jigsaw Puzzles range, Bluetence Wooden Animal 3D Jigsaw Puzzle for 5 to 7 Years Old is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for children from five years. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
It is quoted at MOQ 10 pcs, with production around 25 days. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
