About this puzzle

A3 A4 A5 Colorful Snail Pattern 100-200PCS Wooden Jigsaw Puzzle 5mm Thick With Premium is a wooden jigsaw puzzle in our Jigsaw Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It has 200 pieces. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.

Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.

MOQ is 200 pcs; lead time is about 12 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

MOQ is 200 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 12 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
What is the usual piece count for this age?
The band on the page reflects the piece size and the age grade. A 12 to 24 piece board suits the youngest, 24 to 48 the preschool band, and 100+ the 5–8 shelf.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
