About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, Wooden Dinosaur Egg Hand Held Dinosaur Cognition Puzzle Board Education is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the 3–5 age group. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
MOQ is 120 pcs; lead time is about 15 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
