About this puzzle
Part of our Jigsaw Puzzles range, Challenging Irregular Pieces Jigsaw Puzzle Ocean Creatures Forest Animals Laser Cutting is a wooden jigsaw puzzle designed for children from five years. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
MOQ is 100 pcs; lead time is about 9 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
