About this puzzle
In the Jigsaw Puzzles range, 3D Wooden Animal Puzzle & Unique Jigsaw Set - Animal and 3D for Creative Play is a wooden jigsaw puzzle aimed at the challenge shelf. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the jigsaw range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
Orders start at 32 pcs, with about 31 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
