About this puzzle
2021 Hot Sale Wooden Jigsaw Puzzles Over 100 Pieces with Different Animal Shapes sits in the Jigsaw Puzzles range as a wooden jigsaw puzzle for the challenge shelf. Piece count is 100. It is a flat illustration puzzle with interlocking pieces.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
MOQ is 45 pcs; lead time is about 15 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
