Tlewj Wooden Alphabet Toy Intelligent Jigsaw Puzzle for Education Hand Grip Letters Board

About this puzzle

A wooden alphabet puzzle for children from about 12 months, Tlewj Wooden Alphabet Toy Intelligent Jigsaw Puzzle for Education Hand Grip Letters is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.

Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.

MOQ is 100 pcs; lead time is about 35 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
