About this puzzle
In the Alphabet & Letter Puzzles range, Inspired 3D Wooden Puzzle Toy for ABC Name Capital Letter Blocks for is a wooden alphabet puzzle aimed at the preschool band. It is a board-and-piece puzzle with a shaped location for every piece.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 60 pcs, with about 40 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
