Part of our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, Wooden Multi Layer Animal Puzzle Nesting Jigsaw Size Sorting Toys for Children Play is a wooden 3D puzzle designed for children aged three to five. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
Every piece is cut, sanded on both faces and checked for fit against the board before printing. Colour is matched against the approved sample, not against a screen.
Orders start at 36 pcs, with about 7 days in production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
