About this puzzle
In the 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, Unique Shaped Simple 3D Wooden Puzzle Model Toy for Creative Animal Design is a wooden 3D puzzle aimed at the 5–8 band. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
It is quoted at MOQ 300 pcs, with production around 7 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
