About this puzzle
A wooden 3D puzzle for children from about 12 months, NOVAVOJO 3D Wooden Puzzle Toy for 0-24 Months Design EN71 Certified is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the 3d & brain range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
MOQ is 10 pcs; lead time is about 31 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
