About this puzzle
A wooden 3D puzzle for children aged five to eight, Toys Promotion Mini Wooden and Metal Brain Teaser Traditional matchbox Puzzle the Step is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
MOQ is 108 pcs; lead time is about 15 days. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
