About this puzzle

A wooden 3D puzzle for children from three years, 3D Wood Puzzles Architectural Model Wooden Eiffel Tower Assembly 3D Puzzle for is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.

Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.

Orders start at 20 pcs, with about 9 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 20 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 9 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this a model kit or a puzzle?
A puzzle — it comes apart and goes back together. We do not make glue-together display kits.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
