About this puzzle
In the 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, Hot Sale Wooden Brain Teaser Puzzle Includes Box 3 in 1 is a wooden 3D puzzle aimed at the preschool band. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
Orders start at 5 pcs, with about 5 days in production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
