About this puzzle

This wooden 3D puzzle belongs to the 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range and is built for the 5–8 band. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.

The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.

It is quoted at MOQ 500 pcs, with production around 150 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

FAQ

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 500 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 150 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this a model kit or a puzzle?
A puzzle — it comes apart and goes back together. We do not make glue-together display kits.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
