About this puzzle
Cheap 3d Wooden Boat Model Puzzle Model Set Handicraft is a wooden 3D puzzle in our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
MOQ is 10 pcs; lead time is about 15 days. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
