About this puzzle
A5 3mm Wooden Puzzle 3D Basswood Laser Cut Smooth Edges High Precision Wood For Gift is a wooden 3D puzzle in our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, made for children from three years. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
It is produced on the same line as the rest of the 3d & brain range: cut, sand, decorate, check, pack. Every batch is pull-tested on the knobs or pegs where the format has them.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 5-day production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
