About this puzzle

Part of our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, Printing Wood Carton 3 in 1 3D Puzzles Board Games Paper is a wooden 3D puzzle designed for toddlers and babies. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.

Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.

Orders start at 60 pcs, with about 7 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 60 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 7 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this a model kit or a puzzle?
A puzzle — it comes apart and goes back together. We do not make glue-together display kits.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
