About this puzzle
Animal Dolphin Multi-Layer 3D Wooden Multilayer Puzzle is a wooden 3D puzzle in our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, made for children from about 12 months. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 3-day production. Logo, print colour, box and barcode can be changed on a production order; none of that needs new tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
