About this puzzle
Puzzle Six-sided Painting 3d is a wooden 3D puzzle in our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, made for children aged three to five. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
Pieces are cut from plywood, tumbled to break the edge, then sanded and sealed so the print sits flat. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 120 pcs, with about 60 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
