About this puzzle

Challenging 3D Wooden Puzzle STEM Toy- Marble Maze sits in the 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range as a wooden 3D puzzle for the 5–8 band. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.

The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.

The commercial side is simple: MOQ 2 pcs, 25-day production. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

FAQ

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 2 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 25 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this a model kit or a puzzle?
A puzzle — it comes apart and goes back together. We do not make glue-together display kits.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
