About this puzzle

Part of our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, Style Wooden Toy 3D Puzzles for Training Block Puzzle Rainbow Three-Dimensional Design is a wooden 3D puzzle designed for children from three years. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.

Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.

It is quoted at MOQ 350 pcs, with production around 30 days. Customisation covers logo, colour, packaging and the printed manual, all from your artwork.

Customisation

Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.

Compliance

Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.

What is the MOQ?
MOQ is 350 pcs for stock. A custom print or box usually starts at 100–300 pieces.
How long is production?
About 30 days after sample approval, plus transit from Ningbo or Shanghai.
Is this a model kit or a puzzle?
A puzzle — it comes apart and goes back together. We do not make glue-together display kits.
Do you supply samples?
Yes. Stock samples are dispatched in 3–7 working days and the sample cost is credited against the production order.
