About this puzzle
In the 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, Animal 3D Wooden Puzzles Toys for Education for Aged 2 to 4 Years is a wooden 3D puzzle aimed at the preschool band. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
Cutting is laser for shaped pieces and die-cut for volume boards; both are hand-sanded before decoration. Paint is water-based and tested to EN71-3 migration limits, and the batch is recorded against the report for that model.
The commercial side is simple: MOQ 1 pcs, 9-day production. The product can carry your logo, your artwork and your box without a new die line.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
