About this puzzle
A wooden 3D puzzle for children aged five to eight, Brainteaser Logic Mind Game Wooden Brain Teaser Puzzle Grecian Glass Bottled Games is one of the 1,600 puzzles we make. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. The finish is checked under raking light; a defect that is invisible on a shelf shows up in a child's hand.
Orders start at 2 pcs, with about 10 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
