About this puzzle
Best-selling Wooden Multi Layer Animals Puzzle Toys Jigsaw for & CE sits in the 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range as a wooden 3D puzzle for the 3–5 age group. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
The board is cut from plywood, sanded through three grits and sealed before the print goes on. Print is UV cured and checked for registration and colour against the approved sample before the run continues.
MOQ is 29 pcs; lead time is about 20 days. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
