About this puzzle
Part of our 3D, Layered & Brain Teaser Puzzles range, Babys Wood Hand-Grip Rotating Cube 3D Puzzle for 0-24 Months Children Grasping-Training is a wooden 3D puzzle designed for children from about 12 months. It is a layered or interlocking format rather than a flat picture.
The plywood is cut, sanded and sealed first; decoration is UV print or water-based paint, cured before packing. Edges and corners are rounded by hand because a puzzle edge is held, not looked at.
Orders start at 20 pcs, with about 31 days in production. A private-label version can change the print, the packaging and the barcode without touching the tooling.
Customisation
Logo (printed or engraved), print colour to a Pantone or physical sample, packaging (colour box, kraft box, display carton, gift box), printed warnings, barcode and importer details. Customisation on an existing product does not need new tooling; a new shape does, and we quote that as a one-off line.
Compliance
Tested to EN71 (EU), ASTM F963 and CPSIA (US) as required for the destination market, with CE marking where applicable. Reports are supplied per model. Age grading and small-parts classification follow the band shown above.
